    There are a group of industry professionals who provide VLSI training to interested students.
    Later they use their references to help them in placements.
    As all of you must be knowing that getting a job in vlsi is not easy, specially for BE/Btech. All selections happens based on entrance test of the short-listed ppl and the short listing happens thru refferals.
    They know in & out of the industry as they are designers in MNC's.
    They do not charge hefty fees as done by other institutes. Big institutes concentrate on tools mainly and quote that as the reason for high fees. The reality is that a fresher is not expected to have tool knowledge, but concepts and understanding is more important. Tool can be learnt any time. Various companies use tools from different vendors like cadence, synopsys etc. and no one is expected to know them. Its good to know but not must, but concepts are must to know.

    I hope this info will help you in deciding the right choice for urself.

    esoft labz promise more and deliver nothing. esoft labz is the worst place to do your project.

    The idiot at esoft labz (pandiyan) talks more and works less. This guy is an insane fellow. egoistic fellow, fraud.

    No staff at esoft labz. Only two people are there. Whatever they say you have to listen.

    If you ask any questions in the project, they will say repeatedly that you are confusing yourself.

    People at esoft labz are not capable of explaining the projects. They are overconfident fellows. They think that they only know everything. They think that if they can not solve the problem, nobody else in this world can solve the problem.

    They will say too many lies. People at esoft labz try to manipulate students and confuse them and get money from them and finally they will not deliver what the student wants.

    Website of Esoft labz is deceiving the students. When you visit the office, ask him where are the staff, he will say some cock and bull stories.

    The guy pandiyan is good at telling stories but not good at doing projects. They have big office space, but no staff.

    Esoft labz is one the WORST places to do your academic project. The Loafer guy (pandiyan) will not pick your calls after you register for the project.

    They don't have the capability to explain any project. They will not accept their inability and they will say to the students that "your are not able to understand my explanation".

    Esoft labz is good at cheating students. And they complain that other institutes are cheating students and their institute is genuine.

    Both husband and wife at Esoft Labz are cheating students.

    Instead of cheating students, they have to beg in the streets of bangalore for their living.

    There are very few institutes in bangalore for doing mtech projects.

    Taking the advantage of the above fact, some institutes like Esoft Labz (Esoft Academy) try to cheat students.

    In their list of projects, they have displayed many projects in their website. But they can not do even a single project.

    The fraud (pandiyan) says that we can implement any IEEE paper. But when it comes to implementation, they are dumb fellows.

    Well, I should say it was a great place for a noob like me. I enrolled for VLSI for a tenure of 1 month and was quite convinced with the course. You'll get to learn a plethora of new things (for me, learning Verilog was most satisfying). It was just that I didn't get much time to work with FPGA due to some reasons but ,in a nutshell, the experience was of worth.
